Can't get over @yangasusual's lemon curd tart this Friday afternoon. So good it's worth more than just a mention!
Mains were equally scrumptious with a slab of foie gras perched atop my duck leg confit, bed of spinach and drizzled with red wine reduction.
...and here's a thin apple tart with buttered caramel to end my midweek dinner! x
Couldn't ask for more perfect escargots, along with the most unassuming pastry bowl to soak up all that garlic buttery sin.
Tonight at Chan's Kitchen; Pan-seared Lamb Cutlet, Bell Peppers, Purple Carrots. Picked the right day to eat at home!
Crabmeat and Asparagus Pizza;
Fettuccine Gustose; Spiced Italian pork sausage, Swiss chard, mascarpone sauce.. Very hearty! Also, there goes yoga today.
...and tiramisu to end the night.
