visited min jia Chinese cuisine for lunch and had a great experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was relaxed and the service was on point. We ordered the appetiser platter and enjoyed the crispy chicken which had the perfect balance between the sweetness and sourness. Their mee sua was savoury and good and the ginger chicken was also flavourful. Really recommend a trip down to try their authentic Chinese cuisine
Went to get dinner with my family. It is conveniently located near the MRT with alot of parking space around it also.
The atmosphere was cosy and quiet and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
We ordered the original pork ribs as well as the three little pigs burger for our mains. The pork ribs are a must get - it is seasoned well and falling-off-the-bone tender. The sauce is not overly sweet and goes really well with the cornbread too!
Another must try is their quesadilla. It has generous servings of pulled pork with cheese and also comes with a side of salad.
Serving portions are on the large side here. We ordered a main each and was unable to finish everything.
Overall an enjoyable meal and will definitely be back again to try other flavours of ribs available!
Food here was packed with flavor. We ordered the Sichuan mala fish, crispy pork belly, fresh whole squid as well as their Fu Lin noodles. All the dishes were good and goes well with their noodles.
Would especially recommend their Sichuan mala fish as it is flavorful with all the spices and the fish slices were very tender. This dish is on the spicy side so for those that cannot take spicy food, the crispy pork belly is a good option. The chili and mustard provided helps to balance out the oil from the pork belly so it does not feel heavy at all.
Décor was interesting and have a twist to the normal Chinese restaurant vibe. Great place to hang out with friends or colleagues after work!
