Let's face it, truffle goes well with ANYTHING. Hahaha this was a good deal because I had the 1-for-1 coupons! The Truffle Ramen ($16.80++) was good but it felt more like I was eating an Italian spaghetti dish as it was dry (no soup) and they had the nice poached egg to mix in the dish as well; the pork was alright, nothing special but not bad either. The edamame was amazing with truffle 😍 Overall I would say that this place is slightly above average, only because I feel that the food here is nice but only especially so because of the truffle! I have came here to eat other types of ramen before but nothing beats IPUDDO in my opinion! So my conclusion is that if I crave truffle ramen I will definitely return here but if I were to crave some good hot piping ramen, nope not here! (7/10)
Yeap that's the Wok Fried Mashed Fish Noodle with Lobster in XO sauce😍! Overall dining experience was 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 because of these few must-try dishes: deep fried fish skin coated with salted egg & satay sauce (9/10), Crispy fried eggplant tossed with pork floss (8/10), shark fin soup served in Japanese steamed pot [I know I'm sorry sharks >< but the soup was amazing (9/10)] , and the steamed fish with sauce/soup (8/10)! Note to self: Must bring fam here to try on special occasions!☺️
This was soooo good??!😍 TASTE: 8.5/10 Also they serve fresh wasabi where you had to grate it yourself how cool is that! But I must say, the queue is really too long (waited 1hr20min from 650pm) for this, wouldn't mind queuing 30min to taste this bowl of goodness😍 MY ADVICE: QUEUE EARLY, AVOID PEAK HOURS. Worth a try!!
Tried the Spicy chicken wings, black chicken curry, tuna croquette & truffle mushroom/smoked duck pizza! I WILL COME BACK FOR THE WINGS THEY'RE pretty good and I LOVE PIZZZAAAAA, chicken curry was rly good but it's a no no for the croquette 7/10 overall experience!
I LOVE THE SERVICE HERE the boss is super friendly, food's good and there's no service charge and gst! Nice ambience too😊 and suitable for big groups too! Wanted to try their mushroom risotto again but they changed their menu! This risotto was $20 and it was pretty good! The boss told me I should try their beef & foi gras risotto ($24) next time though, apparently it's nicer!
Premium Assam Tea ice cream ($4.50) on top of our charcoal waffle, with salted egg yolk sauce that we soon poured over! $12.65, sinful yet pretty tasteful!
Cacio e Pepe with lardo and Mentaiko ($25). Of course, no one forgets the cheese! LOVE THAT THEY DIDNT FILL THE WHOLE PLATE WITH CREAM yay! Just the right amount. SO GOOD.
Crustasean Bowl ($27~) It's like Shiok Maki only more flavorful in the mouth😍 THE CHEESE MAKES EVERYTHING BETTER.
