In-house freshly made soba noodles! I have always been a huge fan of soba and/ udon. This place housed the 2 favourites of mine! How can I miss this! Ordered the warm soba with pork collar slices and side order, a Seafood Tempura. This is not your usual tempura! It has shrimps, onions, carrots, french bean, squid and scallops! What a gem!

Thick beehoon, flavourful (damn solid) soup and fresh, generous cuts of fish head (fried), it worth every bit of travelling. If you prefer a less-fuss meal, you can choose fish meat instead of fish head 🤭 The portion is huge btw, we barely made it (too good to waste any last drop of soup)
Prawn paste mid-wings (Har Jeong Gai), totally love its crispy-ness. Prawn paste flavour is totally on point, must order! 🤩 Homemade prawn balls (Hei Zor), fresh ingredients makes the prawn balls fluffy, nicely fried and sweet plum dip helps with the grease. 😋

While I was having trouble to decide on my dinner, the long queue at a roast meat stall got my attention. 👀 This stall in a S11 Food House, located right behind Bukit Batok Interchange. Dull looking kopitiam has its hidden gem too 🤗
Sio Bak, 烧肉, has the one of best proportion of fats to its lean meat. Skin is slightly crispy, not hard at all. 😋
Char Siew, 叉烧，is nicely marinated and I totally love its sauce (definitely homemade) and I got a generous piece of a corner piece 😍 that charred flavour 😆

Crab meat pasta that has both the spicy and non spicy options. Of course, I love spicy kicks and oh boy, so glad that I did. This pasta has a tangier tomato base, the flavour really sips into the pasta and the crab meat pieces are quite substantial. With the rocket leaves that helps with the strong tomato flavour and adds a refreshing touch to the pasta. Super love this!

Being a suagu (mountain tortoise) I have zero idea how to get started.
