The broth is really gao, and the pork belly is nicely chargrilled so you don't get just one layer of flavour from the broth (which can be quite sian after a while) 😋 There's also much less oil compared to Tonkotsu King with the no oil option so it's really less jelat and more sedap with this bowl of noodles.
I usually leave a quarter of the noodles and half the bowl of soup when eating ramen so the fact that this was almost wiped clean ... It's that good.

Anyway, this was pretty legit. Chicken thigh meat deep fried and completed with a pungent blue cheese sauce. It's essentially a non-spicy twin of the McSpicy - which is honestly not really an insult coz their chicken is also tender and juicy, and irresistible. Besides, chicken isn't a meat on my food list so the above is the best compliment I can think of.

The patties are made from ground beef so you don't get the fatty taste like 2 blur guys but still retains its juiciness and goes really well with their slightly spicy, but still mysterious sauce.

By the way, the place quite dim ah, and we sat near some red LED lights so all the burger pictures are red.

No tree-loving, bohemian-tie-dye-wearing people were harmed.

I loved this very much. It's simply made, and simply delicious. If you need comfort Italian food, but still want an Asian kick to it, this is the meal for you.
Soft, tender short ribs braised in a spice mix and tomatoes, remaining sauce strained and reduced to a gravy with flour and butter before pouring over the noodles and topped with torn meat off the bone.

It's a wee bit oily and you wouldn't want to stop at finger food here; coz there's more than bikinis here!
Brilliant use of mushrooms here for a warm, earthy flavour that makes the cheese a lot more robust. Fragrance of the truffle comes through nicely as well. The mushrooms were first soaked in truffle oil which helps bring the flavour out of the oil and onto the tastebuds.

I didn't have a good look at the receipt because @youarewithme gave us a treat which I really appreciate by the way 🙆🙆 This is a unique take on a Cesar salad. Homemade mayonnaise that isn't slobbered over the greens (a healthy plus and approval right there), fried breadcrumbs with anchovy for croutons, dehydrated yes dehydrated Parma ham, and if you think it's too salty I'm telling you it isn't. The butterhead lettuce is a refreshing cleanser and texturizing agent to all that heaviness. You really don't leave the table feeling fat.

We were just blessed to be at the right place, at the right time to try an upcoming menu slated for release in June.

This one has greens, strawberries, blueberries, feta cheese and puffed quinoa finished off with home made elderflower dressing.
I'm not a fan of greens. But this was really very 开胃 (a great appetizer). The elderflower was subtle and fragrant, well balanced by the tartness of the berries. Great idea to add crunch with quinoa; healthy and tiny enough to not overpower everything else on the plate.
