This place used to be called Takumi by Sushiro. It is now rebranded and known as Ryori by Sushiro. They only serve cooked dons here. If you're looking for bara chirashi don, head the the actual Sushiro outlet.
Seating is very limited, but that's ok cos at dinner time the restaurant (or should I say food stall?) isn't even half filled. You order and pay via a touchscreen cashier and food is promptly served. No accompanying miso soup, just whatever don you ordered.
Another Chef's Recommendation dessert. Made from white chocolate yoghurt mousse, honey genoise, chocolate sable and calamansi jelly. My only gripe was that the cake could've been bigger π
This is listed under Chef's Recommendation in their menu. Made with coconut mousse, mango cremeux, vanilla sponge and white chocolate horn & ears. Very instagram worthy dessert which tastes as good as it looks!
If you're used to being ripped off at Golden mile (me), then Siam Square mookata is dirt cheap in comparison. Plates start from $1.80 with seafood going at around $3-4 per plate. Buffet also available at $29 per pax. No GST or service charge. Chili is self serve and arranged according to spiciness. Spent $30.50 for 2 adults and 1 child.

This restaurant shares the same building as the prime minister's office. I was not optimistic about the food at first. It looked like one of those cafes run but kids that will close down soon (oops sorry).
Ordered 200g black angus beef ($22) and I was blown away by how great it was. Beef came with truffle paste and truffle salt. Some parts (negligible) were a little veiny but overall it tasted like a $50-60 steak. Definitely gonna head back again very soon for another round!
No GST, only service charge. Free ice water.
Ordered a mutton biryani from their stall because they had a "Biryani Specialist" graphic on their signboard. Unfortunately the mutton was cold, like it was left outside for a really long time, and there was no papadum given. They open from 4am onwards.

Australian beef (if I recall correctly it was around 150g) sandwiched between hash brown and onion rings. There was a 15-20min wait time for this item. One of the chef's recommendation. I'm not used to pairing beef with hash brown and onion rings and thought the combination was rather strange.
Refreshing twist to the usual eggs benny served with ham or smoked salmon. Menu says it's served with chipotle sauce, but it tasted very oriental, exactly like the canned spiced pork cubes you get at supermarkets omg.
This dish is marked as chef's recommendation.
Does not look it, but this dish is HUGE. 3 pieces of fish accompanied with very generous serving of fries with avocado mash and salad on the side.
Unfortunately this place does not have a kids menu.
I confess, first time at Nando's. Ordered a sharing platter which consisted of 4 chicken parts and 4 sides. I must be the only one who don't get the fuss about the (dehydrated) peri peri chicken. Try Cold Storage next time, their in house baked chicken is way cheaper and juicier.
I've been here couple of times now. It's like having tze char in an air conditioned mall environment. The Boxing Chicken is one of my favorite!
Not every Breadtalk outlet has this. It's the same Magnolia ice cream, charged at 50cents above market rate because it is served in an air conditioned environment.
