This was from their stall at this year's Geylang serai Ramadan bazaar. It was a cooling respite from the sweaty bodies brushing against each other.

Last year I tried their churros platter. Between the two, I prefer having the former.

I got this at the Geylang Ramadan bazaar for $10. It's double the price if you dine in @ their brick and mortar restaurant. To be fair, the ingredients are slightly lesser than what is served at their restaurant, plus there was an hour wait for it. Nevertheless the patty was very juicy!

My tarts were from the Parkway Parade outlet instead. I had them confused with BAKE cheese tarts initially. They're not the same. Despite the name, this joint is opened by home grown brand Secret Recipe and BAKE cheese tarts is the real deal.

I ordered original, durian and choco almond (at least that's what I thought I heard). They were all yummy but I felt original was the best.

First time at Umi + Vino even though they've been around for a couple of years. They're part of Emporium Shokuhin. Not sure how they managed to survive this long with such low traffic.

Service was good and the steak came medium rare as requested. The food was up to standard but for some reason there was nothing outstanding & it did not tug at my heart strings to make a return visit anytime soon.

I actually got these for $1 from Chope's birthday promotion 😁 I wouldn't pay full price for it even though it was good.

This has got to be the prettiest Tenderfresh outlet in Singapore with faux trees growing out of my table and whatnot!

I tend to come here pretty late, around 10pm. They're still open but many food items are usually out of stock by then. Only fried chicken available and drinks. If you're lucky, they'll fry a new batch of chicken instead of re-heating leftovers.

I swapped out my regular Japanese rice in the combo meal for onigiri (Japanese rice ball) instead. Also can be ordered a la carte.

This fatty tuna with spicy cod innards was from the Father's Day special. Free can of Asahi beer for every set ordered! 🍻

Their regular menu is EXTENSIVE, no kidding. Some of the popular meal combos have a waiting time of 20-30mins. Prices are generally under $30 per combo. Even lesser if you're ordering single dishes which is quite affordable.

Best to reserve in advance or risk standing outside while waiting for your queue number to be called.

I've been here a few times and that says a lot about the place because I make it a point not to visit the same restaurant twice (so I can try new food).

The torched aburi salmon soft shell crab roll, stuffed with avocados is a staple of mine. Same goes for the barachirashi don.

This was the bomb! Got these ribs for only $1 during Chope's 6th birthday promo 😋
We also ordered a USDA beef burger (tasted average) and a dory fish & chips. The fish was HUGE and it wasn't because the flour made it seem so.

First time at Jerry's. The buffalo wings had a few levels of spiciness, which reminded me of the good times I had devouring buffalo wings @ Sunset Grill many years ago. Wings come in quantities of 4 or 6. One wing = wing + tail + drumlet. Unlike some scumbag restaurants who serve only wings without drumlets or tails.

Was craving pinoy food after my recent holiday to Boracay. The Asian food court @ Lucky Plaza came to the rescue! Tapa King is a popular chain restaurant in the Philippines.
I ordered a Tapa King set (meat is beef) which originally came with rice, but I swapped it out for an extra egg.
