Worth trying! Duck Confit Taglatelle - Smells amazing, and looks enticing! Tastes nice, though I personally prefer a stronger seasoning flavour when it comes to duck. The more I ate it, the more I enjoyed it though😄

Duck Confit Tagliatelle ($28) I decided to use burpple 1 for 1 voucher for trying their pasta (mains). I finally trying their best selling pasta after a long time. But I felt that their pasta was a bit thick as hard to chew thru. Duck confit was quite tender and not that hard. But fried hazelnut reminded me of Ferrero Rocher enhance the pasta's taste.

Breaded Oyster ($15) The oyster was freshly made fried on the spot when the customer order. I felt that the oyster got too much for batters, still juicy, crunchy and crispy texture for first try.

Steak and drinks Had a wonderful evening with delicious food and unique cocktail! Ordered the steak which was tender and paired well with the crunchy brussels sprouts. The cocktail was presented nicely and the bartender was very passionate in explaining each element in the drink. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for good food and drinks!

Pino Jelly Bundle Set ($12.60) consisted of Osmanthus Floral with Osmanthus Jelly (M) & Midnight Grape Berries with Jelly (L) with add-on ($3.80) pino jelly enamel pin and free red packets with any purchase. I felt that the drink was too sweet taste as fixed sugar level. It's best to add more ice into the drink. Got strong taste for tea with osmanthus and grape flavour.

Milk Foam Winter Melon ($5) Using Burpple 1-1 this is really worth it. Requested for 0% sugar, less ice and pearls. They said that they can’t adjust further as there already isn’t sugar, little ice and include pearls. The eventual cost became $2.50/cup. Never tried this before so it was a refreshing change.

salmon mentaiko & pork belly grain bowls food and drinks were extraordinarily mediocre, but the long service time added to the overall frustrating experience. they're closing at the end of june due to manpower issues, which is apparent in their long wait time (30min for each item). in conclusion, not a store i would recommend.

Yummy In The Tummy Tried the prawn risotto and oxtail lasagne. Prawn risotto: slightly wetter than usual risotto but it was the most amazing flavour ever. Could taste the prawn and herb flavour in every bite. Prawns were slightly over cooked, which was a bit disappointing for Jamie’s standard. But seriously, the risotto was so amazing I loved it more than the prawns. Oxtail lasagne: fresh tomato base, go in expecting less béchamel than a normal lasagne recipe and you won’t be disappointed. Oxtail would have been better if it was in chunks, unfortunately it was shredded and ended up smushy against the al dente lasagne sheets.

Creamy And Yummy In The Tummy My boyfriend ate the 150g burrata, I didn’t. He described it as “creamy and yummy, recommended”.

My Favourite Bread The garlic bread comes in four, but gobbled two before realising it’s photo-worthy too. Crusty on the outside but super fluffy on the inside, bread was totally not dry or tough. Garlic and herb flavour was amazing, and goes super well with the mozzarella inside it. Totally recommended!!!!!!

Nice Healthy Snack! Staff did not let me claim the drink that came with the 1-for-1 deal. I was fine with just getting the Acai bowl. Portions are super small. I recommend getting the large. Fruits were frozen and sour. But acai was decent.i suppose only worth if 1-for-1.

Acai Bowl @ Ion Uncommon place for an acai bowl (inside food opera). Got the set consisting a small size acai bowl and a cold brew tea. Acai itself still not bad not very sweet but serving is rather small.. very expensive without burpple... Staff is nice and friendly

Pandan Pancakes Tried having the pandan batter ($8.5) with lavender honey ($3). Not really an artsy kind of person, only was curious how they would taste, so pretty much just make normal shapes. Not fluffy, but it was quite sweet already and have that strong pandan flavor. 4.25/5

Well Executed Breakfast For An Eatery Famous For Pancakes! I honestly wasn't expecting much when I ordered this southern fried chicken at Slappy Cakes, a restaurant famous for pancakes but WOW for $17.50++ it was really pleasantly surprised! The wait for this took pretty long but I think it was well worth it. They prepared it 100% from scratch and the end product is perfect. The potatoes were cubed and fried to a golden brown, the scrambled eggs were so eggy & fluffy and milk & the chicken was fried to a crispy exterior and yet the meat inside was very tender. It was simply a 100% pleasant surprise & the crab meat(?) sauce just went so well with everything! I'd definitely go all the way back to RWS for this, and not forgetting the fun pancake making where you get a bottle of batter (8.50++) and you're free to make whatever kind of pancakes you want!

Good ice cream Premium flavours @ $5.20 with burpple beyond deal. We got hokkaido strawberry milk and apple yakult, flavours that are less found in other places. The former was mild and creamy, while the latter was a bit sour but refreshing. The serving was generous and enjoyable.

Double Scoop Besides the photo-worthy neon signs, Icebar offers a limited selection of gelatos with unique flavours. They are also open late till 2AM on Fridays to Sundays for you to get some late-night ice cream. The gelato here is priced at $4.20 for a classic scoop, $5.20 for premium, $6.20 for super premium flavours and additional scoops for $3.70. I went with their recommended flavour of grape Yakult (premium) which was supposed to be light on the palate while Binggrae banana (premium) for something milky. The grape Yakult flavour feels light with a very faint grape Yakult flavour. I would love it if they add more grape Yakult into it. The Binggrae banana was creamy and milky, something expectable and not too far off from the actual beverage. Thanks to Burpple Beyond, we get to enjoy 2 Scoops for the price of 1 ✌ (U.P $5.20/scoop)

Garlic Butter Sakura Ebi The only real innovation in this dish is the addition of ikura, everything else was par for the course. Not too heavy-handed on the butter which I appreciate but still feels like I overpaid.

Classic Matcha Tart Classic Matcha Tart ($9) i didn’t know the tart was being put in the fridge and so i was cutting the tart was quite hard and tart itself was quite thick. i really like bitter taste for tart and so not that sweet tart.
