Being long since I had coffee chat with my brother due to his working schedule. But since it's school holiday we decided to met up for breakfast coffee at a newly open cafe at Centrepoint Orchard (#01-05) just near the main entrance to the mall

We check Dal.Komm Coffee which is a Korean style cafe serving variety of coffee brew with Arabica bean in three blends (K1, K2 & K3) plus non coffee beverages like Iced Honey Grapefruit & Hot Choco Cube (shown above), juices, tea as well as bingsu. Love their K3 bland which is rich and smooth in taste

What a cooling morning to enjoy a bowl of pipping hot Laska with my favourite fried spring roll

These are vegetarian food (Sincerity Vegetarian Food; use to be a stall inside the Chong Pang food center at Blk 105, but now they have shifted to the coffee at Blk 101) and the laska has generous slices of mock fish cake, beancurd puff and crispy minced meat mostly made with soybean products. The gravy is very fragrant and infused with hint of lemongrass which makes it somehow resemble to tom yum soup taste. Having Mee Pok (flat noodle) dry with some assorted handmade Teochew fishball. The springy noodle pairs well with the accompany chilli sauce and the fishballs are bouncy in texture too
