We had a heavy dinner, so we decided to order some appetisers only for our dinner (seen in this picture), but we’ve been here multiple times so i’m gonna review them together!
Spicy garlic vongole pot 10/10
It was so good, really so, so good! clams were fresh, the stock was flavourful, honestly

Garlic Chilli Prawn 100/10
Personal favourite!! the sauce was soo good, buttery and fragrant, came with a few pieces of bread, and honestly, i have no words to describe, please try it if you come!

Truffle Kombu funghi Agio Alio 9/10
May look like a black mess in pictures but… wow…. i didn’t know that mushroom pasta could taste this good! my tastebuds were blessed. Love that I get to choose the type if pasta I want - I chose their handmade tagliatelle (+$3) but totally worth the extra $$!

Vongole 8/10
Very decent plate of pasta! no complaints
Always felt that I should only go to places which specialise in selling ONLY pastas, but Mia proved me wrong! super happy I found a good pasta place near KAP!

Columbus eggs are just perfect! Think their menu may have changed a little since we last came here, but i’m glad their scrambled eggs is still served here! 9/10 (For those of you scrambled egg lovers like me, trust me, this won’t disappoint! - not sure if i’m allowed to say this though, but i still do prefer Atlas’s one better, but this is great too!)

I’m quite picky about my ice chocolate, and i think Columbus does their’s pretty well! 8/10

Appetisers:
- bread was nice and soft, fragrant butter
- foccacia was nice, crunchy, dip was very interesting
- prawns (personal favourite) was fresh and crunchy, i liked that it was already peeled, and came with a really nice sauce on the side
- beetroot - unfortunately did not enjoy that as much, but i do not eat beetroot usually anyways

mains
- wagyu: well cooked, would have preferred if i was asked how i would like my meat done, slices were quite thin, but overall was really good. extra $15 for this!
- chicken: normal, don’t think you can go wrong with a chicken, quite forgettable, sauce was good
- sides: not bad! we did not enjoy the picked purple cabbage(?) that much though
dessert
- chocolate cake: really good! not too sweet, nice and soft!
- pavlova: i love it!! meringue was done well, fruits was not too sour which i liked. meringue was not overly sweet as well. the sweetness blended well with the acidic taste of the fruits

overall, will definitely come back again, albeit not for the food, the view is definitely worth it.

White Seafood Crabmeat Pasta 6.5/10
Came in a very cute bowl, perfect for photos!
Generous with prawns, mussels, squid and crabmeat (real) and scallops too! Broth was well flavoured, but it’s towards the soupy type (i thought it would be more of a bisque/ thicker consistency). Kinda feel like it was more like pasta in soup but overall the flavours were good!

Pan seared Norwegian Salmon 8-9/10
Honestly the best dish in 5 senses for me! always consistent in their cooking, and never disappoints! Salmon skin is always crispy and the meat is always perfectly cooked! For someone who is quite particular about salmon, trust me when I say that their salmon is PERFECT!!
