Tsui Wah’s signature curry is made from a secret recipe from a Malaysian chef in the 60s. Stewed for over 6 hours each day.

Simple and classy in it's presentation and the rice is served warm. Love it when restaurants make the effort to heat up the rice.

Grape Vitagen cake with peanut butter in the centre tastes weird at first but I guess this combination was inspired from peanut butter jelly sandwich. The cake smells very fragrant though, most probably from the Grape Vitagen.

蘆筍還有一點青和鮮味,但是我更喜歡南蠻亭的味道,出神入化。
