I am a huge fan of prawn noodles, and this one is pretty good! Noodles were seasoned well, prawns and prawn balls were fresh, soup was very rich. Some may find the soup a tad too rich though. I must say this was the thickest prawn noodle broth I have tasted! Personally enjoyed it.

Might just be my favourite place for eggs and toast! Toast is always crispy and well buttered, and scrambled eggs creamy and buttery. Coffee is pretty good too. Recommend.

Enjoyed both the caramelised banana oat porridge and buttered sourdough with scrambled eggs and guacamole. Ambience was lovely too. A little on the pricey side.

It was an enjoyable bowl of wanton mee with a generous serving of pork lard. Lard fans - you will love this

Crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Just the right level of sweetness. Thumbs up for the muffins here. Coffee was nothing to shout about.

One of my most frequented cafes in Tiong Bahru, I like Flock Cafe for its ambience, quality and value. It's usually not as crowded as the other cafes in the vicinity, making it a great place to chill and relax. Food is always good and they offer weekday breakfast sets starting from $11 (inclusive of coffee/tea).

Discovered this gem, which offers good quality yakiniku at affordable prices. Best of all, there is rarely a queue!! Situated at Alexandra Central Mall which is right beside IKEA. Will be back!

Itacho has been one of my favourite sushi restaurants for the longest time. Sushi is fresh and it's always a pleasant dining experience here. Only con is that waiting times can be very long - typically an hour during peak periods.

Old school restaurant where dimsum comes around in pushcarts. Variety is excellent. Quality is above average, though I think it is slightly inconsistent during the few times I visited. Overall, a good place for dimsum with family and friends.

This place is so underrated for the quality of food and service. Was so glad to have discovered this gem. Really enjoyed the truffle cream ravioli in bread bowl! Ambience and drink variety was also great. Recommend 👍

Forty Hands is probably one of the more popular cafes in Tiong Bahru, due to its extensive menu and good coffee. I am personally not the biggest fan of the crowd or the food here, but will come back for the coffee.

One of the perks of dining here is definitely the view you get from Faber Peak. Food was also pretty good. Enjoyed both the truffle steak fries and seafood broth/platter. A unique experience.
