Can confidently say that I had one of the best dinners I’ve had in a long time at Meadesmoore! From starters to desert, everything was impeccable. Even the salad, which I didn’t expect to leave such an impression, was unbelievably fresh and juicy, it really left me wondering how they made such a simple dish stand out like that. The star of the show was definitely the steak which was cooked to absolute perfection: seasoned, tender, and full of flavour in every bite. Ended the meal with my fav desert, tiramisu, which might honestly be the best I’ve ever had. Creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced – not too sweet, with an incredibly satisfying coffee aroma!

Beyond the food, I also really appreciated the attentiveness of the staff and the thoughtful touches around the place – from the warm service to little details like providing individual mouthwash packets in the restroom. It’s clear they go above and beyond to make diners feel cared for.

Overall, I’m seriously impressed. Meadesmoore is now my go-to for special occasions, and I can't wait to treat my loved ones to the same unforgettable experience. Highly, highly recommend!

Tried out Ingleside recently and had a great experience. It’s a modern European restaurant known for unique techniques like fermentation, dry-ageing, and wood-fired cooking.
We were warmly welcomed by the staff, who even gave us a mini tour of the cosy space and their signature dishes and wines.
Started with the Hokkaido Scallops – fresh and flavourful with pickled green apples and a tangy tomato dressing. For mains, we had the Tajima Wagyu Picanha ($65), marinated in shio koji and served with a roasted banana shallot. Rich, tender, and perfectly done.
If you're into great service, quality ingredients, and interesting cooking methods, Ingleside is definitely worth a visit!

Stumbled upon Market Bistro and it's such a gem tucked away in the heart of the CBD— right in Marina Bay Financial Centre, so it's super convenient. The space itself is lovely and peaceful, a rare find in such a busy area!
The staff were incredibly attentive, and gave great recommendations. We had the baby squid fritters to share-light, crispy, and clearly not the frozen kind. The seafood bisque pasta was rich and flavourful with bits of lobster that made each bite feel indulgent. We also had their popular ribeye steak which was juicy and tender, paired with generous sides of salad and fries.
We were so full, but couldn't resist ending off with the tiramisu, and we're glad we didn't skip it! Light, fluffy sponge with a bold coffee kick made it the best decadent dessert I've had in awhile.
Overall, I would highly recommend Market Bistro for anyone looking for a dinner spot that serves delicious food, great service, and solid value for money.

I was really excited to try the Michelin star prawn noodles at Zhup Zhup, and I think it lived up to the hype! Their signature Claypot Prawn Noodles came with succulent prawns served in a bubbling claypot of rich, umami-packed broth. The noodles were served in another bowl of soup with generous portion of vegetables. Overall, the dish may look simple, but the flavours were robust and complemented each other so well. I also ordered the Ngo Hiang Platter ($8++), which was comforting, crispy, and paired really well with their dipping sauces. Price is on the steeper side, but I think it's pretty justifiable for the taste and portions. Overall, it was a satisfying meal especially for someone who loves prawn noodles 🙂

I had an amazing dining experience here! Both the mains and cocktail menus were incredibly extensive —we were truly spoiled for choice. The cocktail selection, in particular, stood out with its creative and unique themes. My friend and I decided to go for the 'edible cocktails,' which were as delightful in flavor as they were visually stunning. For mains, we opted for the truffle linguine and the black garlic ribeye steak. The truffle linguine was rich and perfectly balanced, with the earthy aroma of truffle and generous portion of bonito flakes elevating every bite. The black garlic ribeye steak was incredibly tender and packed with umami flavor, complemented by mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. We really enjoyed both dishes, and the portion sizes were impressively generous - definitely great value for money!
If you're looking for a dinner spot with good food, creative drinks, and a convenient location at a reasonable price, I'd highly recommend Hopscotch!! :)

Best fine dining experience - the seafood were all so fresh & the flavours were unique and robust! They also offered $5 cocktails on their secret menu (which you have to play a game to unlock hehe). I had a lovely time thanks to the cosy atmosphere, yummy dishes and friendly staff!
