2 scoops 10nett premium flavour +1 Pistachio was the premium flavour. This time there's this strong bitter aftertaste which was very unpleasant Meanwhile, the despicable stunned with the banana ice cream, it's so full bodied and well executed. Brownies and walnuts only added to the excellence Despicable is not to be missed.

Hidden gem with good quality coffee Our 5oz Flat White ($5) came filled to the brim with creamy goodness. As someone who is not a fan of dark, bitter coffee, this cup holds a good balance of velvety smoothness with just the right amount of milk - enough to taste the espresso, but creamy enough to not have an aftertaste. No Frills, Good Coffee 𝙏𝙂𝙄𝙁!!! And TGFN (Thank God for @nyloncoffee 😆🍃☕☕) Finally made it here again after a few failed attempts (Covid, renovation works etc...) and I'm truly thankful for the chance to savour a simple cuppa coffee that goes straight to the heart. ♥️♥️ Definitely one of my go-to coffee places whenever I'm in the Duxton area~~

☕️ Wanted to rest my legs for a bit and grab a quick drink. This was one of the cafes in the area that was still open at 5pm. The cafe is small but the seats are spaced apart nicely. The coffee I had was strong and gave the boost I needed.

Haven Coffee Very cozy & quiet place To sit down & have a cup of coffee & catch up with friends. The service staff was also friendly & helpful 💯

Blueberry latte Made with real blueberries and caffeine free, Haven coffee offers a wide variety of non caffeinated options for non coffee drinkers and kids. I enjoyed munching the blueberries and the creaminess/sweetness of the milk. It does reminds me of the blueberry ice cream from Andersen's of Denmark.

Yuki Matcha Latte As for the beverages, the tea leaves are obtained from traditional tea wholesalers from Japan. Amongst the many teas, the 𝗬𝘂𝗸𝗶 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗮 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲 is a thick glass of freshly-whisked matcha layered with soy milk. Teh Tarik Cream Puff With beautiful specks of tea, Baristart Coffee Singapore’s newest limited-edition Teh Tarik Cream Puff ($7) really delivered. Keeping to their crazy cream-to-puff ratio, the National Day special is available only till 31 August. The Ceylon tea-infused signature Hokkaido BIEI Jersey Milk custard was so fragrant, intense and lusciously smooth - perfect when paired with the thin crisp and crusty choux pastry. One for tea lovers, it also kinda resembles a good Thai tea cream - a complex blend of sweet and floral, with warm, earthy and nutty notes. 

Teh Tarik Cream Puff Teh Tarik Cream Puff ($7) is under limited edition for NDP seasonal menu and end under end of month. So the taste replication for teh tarik is so similar (creamy and milky). Its giving off local vibes for national day month.

Strawberry Ice Cream + Honey Osmanthus Jelly + Peach Pulp Purée 7/10 - The ice cream tastes normal and the bowl is smaller than expected. it’s kind of pricey too ($15.90)

Champion Bolo Bun🥖 Went to Champion Bolo Bun 2 weeks ago and got their Classic with Butter ($5.55)😇 Overall ratings 8/10! Bun was pretty good and portion size was decent, just found it a little pricey😅 Would want to try other buns next time tho!

Classic ($4.50) Soft and pillowy with a buttery, crisp, crust. On the sweeter side, this bun was larger than expected and filled me up nicely. The crust could be crisper and I thought adding a slab of butter would be good, but overall I can see why queues form for this on weekends. Ample seating spread across 3 floors.

Dinner [Tanjong Pagar, Singapore 🇸🇬] Dan Dan Noodles 担担面 (S$19.80++) Cubed char siew, diced onion, fried shallots, mizuna, pickles, minced pork, cashew nuts, over the noodles. Accompanied with an onsen egg and Dashi based broth by the side. You could select the spicy level during ordering. There’s also condiments such as orange vinegar, kelp vinegar, spicy vinegar, shichimi, homemade spicy sauce, and 山椒 available on the counter to boast up the dish. Don’t forget to request for a dish of plain rice to finish the rest of the sauce in the bowl. Dashi w egg 19.8++, add on chili oil +2++ The Dashi is not weak, unlike most. There's a substantial body, and a lot of umami. Really good. Noodles on the soft side. Egg was perfect, jammy inside. The char siew is abit dry tho. Smoked duck was utterly amazing, packed full of flavour. It's like the NTUC chilled one(which is alr good) on crack However, the chili oil is the surprising. Component. I mean, if they dare charge 2bucks for oil, there's gotta be reason right? And it turns out to be very good reason. Not very spicy, but super aromatic from the chili and somehow despite it lacking body itself, combines with the Dashi broth to become a completely different beast with a chili body and you can't rlly taste the Dashi anymore. Fabulous Must try. Esp when there's no queue at 1130am on a Saturday

Only 100 bowls daily?! 🍜🇯🇵 Hidden on the 2nd floor of International Plaza, this cozy 9-seater restaurant is by the team who earned the Michelin Bib Gourmand Award in Kobe, Japan🏆 Known for their signature 𝗗𝗮𝗻-𝗗𝗮𝗻 𝗡𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗹𝗲 ($𝟭𝟵.𝟴𝟬), the restaurant uses up to 32 different spices for this dish! The chewy noodles is coated with peanut-based sauce and served with shredded chashu, minced pork, white diced onions, fried onions, pickles, and mizuna. Pretty dessert Went to Luna again after some time and got their classic Luna 2.0 ($9) and got Blossom ($9). The Blossom is like a standard lychee cream which is alright but not wow enough. However, the Luna 2.0 is their OG and I like the richness of the chocolate and the cruchiness hazelnut
