Since I’m here at the shop offering the World’s strongest matcha gelato, and If you are a hardcore matcha or green tea lover, the bitterness is what you are after. I recommend you go straight and try level 7:

As soon as i took a first bite, the luxurious deep green & rich flavor ruled all the senses. The strong matcha infused flavor spread in the mouth. This definitely not for the faint-hearted as the Premium No.7 is well-balanced with a strong, bitter, umami with distinctive vegetal notes and a slight sweetness 🌿💚

Apart from the 7 different intensities of matcha gelato here, other flavours include Hojicha (roasted green tea), Genmaicha (Brown rice tea), Japanese black tea, Black sesame and Azuki red beans.. ☺️

Not only are these little mochi adorable, they don’t disappoint in the taste department. The three mochis each had a different flavour: chocolate cream, custard cream, and strawberry cream. The cutest snacks in Disneyland!☺️

They were really chewy & less sweet, without being off-puttingly sticky. My favourite flavour was the strawberry cream, which was very fragrant and had a pleasant aftertaste. They are truly not to be missed! 🇯🇵☺️

Ideal for one (If you are particularly hungry!) or to share with another. It is perfectly leavened with just the right amount of airy spaces - slightly sweet, buttery, and wonderfully light with moist structure & texture. There’s a really generous ratio of raisins and candied fruits folded in, lightly drizzled with American rye whiskey atop fresh cream and cinnamon crumbles. This cake-like bread is then paired with their in-house chocolate sorbet.. FYI: [Additional SGD1 if you would like a change of flavor as shown above!] ☺️

- Crispy and flaky on the outside, generously filled with their homemade sweet potato paste. I thought the flavour was quite distinctive - (Good thing here it wasn’t sweet!) There was no denying in it’s deliciousness. PS: Please consider making this permanent on the menu 🙇🏻‍♀️☺️

- Sure enough this looks pretty to you but they taste delicious too! A real treat and a palate cacophony of divine textures orchestrated into one - smooth yogurt center that was soft like tofu but creamy as dream. Super love their crunchy crust made of digestives biscuits. Light, yet so indulgent with a luscious layer of perfectly ripe, fresh blueberries making this dessert such a sweet treat. Yummmm💜💙💜💙

- I decided to try the newly launched flavor - Hojicha. The choux pastry still remains at my expectation- crisp crust on the exterior, that is sufficiently moist and dense encasing all that almost endless amount of cream that keeps flowing. The hojicha cream profile has a roasty flavor with lingering tea aroma aftertaste - not overly bitter nor sweet. Perfect 👌🏻☺️
