- I decided to try the newly launched flavor - Hojicha. The choux pastry still remains at my expectation- crisp crust on the exterior, that is sufficiently moist and dense encasing all that almost endless amount of cream that keeps flowing. The hojicha cream profile has a roasty flavor with lingering tea aroma aftertaste - not overly bitter nor sweet. Perfect 👌🏻☺️

As much as i like the hojicha choux, i still prefer their matcha flavored - my top favourite 💚💚💚💚💚
