It is perfectly leavened with just the right amount of airy spaces - slightly sweet, buttery, and wonderfully light with moist structure & texture. There’s a really generous ratio of raisins and candied fruits folded in, lightly drizzled with American rye whiskey atop fresh cream and cinnamon crumbles.
