Mediocre Chilli is spicy but overall not fragrant. Disappointed but Ikan bilis was crispy. 5/10.

A New Day, A New Cake I'd seen this before but never had it till today. The no-nonsense name of "hazelnut cake"really says it like it is. Although the hazelnut flavour is very apparent which is great, I found this cake to be a little on the sweet side. It's also quite pricey at $9++ per slice.

Pat & Stick's Homemade Ice Cream Co. S$6.80 for this amazing Australian 'slice-of-heaven'. Creamy and not-too-sweet ice cream complements the crunchy and NON-SOGGY cookie sandwich. The size is just nice to be shared with a friend :) They had a total of 9 flavours to choose frm - we had the Caramel Pecan (no regrets!)

Seafood White MeeHoon Wok hey meehoon with seafood at Toa Payoh, comes with lots of seafood ingredients like the prawn, sliced fish and lala. The gravy was tasty, while the meehoon itself remain wok hey.

Super Fresh Seafood $16 combo for 2 pax, includes generous portion of fresh prawns, fish, lala. Not the most flavourful seafood bee hoon but it was just right for me, not too salty! ⭐️ 4/5, hearty dish and super value for money

White Beehoon Portion good for 4. Sadly not as flavorful seafood-wise, though they’re pretty generous with the ingredients.

5* Fishmeat Steamboat (Dinner Only) Old school and fantastic Steamboat Having a choice of fish head or fish meat, we unanimously voted to go fish meat as we were lazy to deal with bones. And we were served with a steamboat full of fresh slices of batang fish meat. But what really won us all over was how fantastic, 5* great the Soup was. It was flavourful and tasted damn good. The fish meat was also fresh and portion is damn huge. Free top up of soup, but the top up seems like just a pot of hot water. Auntie will push a cart of side dishes over to order like those hong kong dim sum push cart. There was braised duck, braised egg and salted Vegetables. Some days have pork trotters.

Fishball Noodles (Big Size - $5) I managed to queue up for this before they closed for day. I saw people queued up for this stall and also think that it's must be so good and delicious. It's really taste like old school style and soup broth is quite hot and plain.

Mixed balls noodles @ $4/5 A popular fish-head Steamboat that transforms into a Fishball Noodles shop in the morning. Their Kway Teow noodles seems the facourote combination from all those that ordered before me, so I just follow. The kway teow with its wide surface area absorbs the chilli better that the usual yellow noodles. Chilli shiok. Meatballs were tender. Fishballs were bouncy. Rather Long queue during lunch time.
