Iโm truly amazed by the huge portion and the soup is just nice, not overly salty. It comes with sweet potato noodles, egg, sliced beef and cabbage. And of course, it comes with the standard kimchi and stir-fried anchovies. A good alternative to YTF and Fish Soup. Well, this was the only dish with calories on their menu - 500 kcal. I suppose the rest are > 500 calories ๐

Er Jie Curry Puff has opened a 2nd outlet at ARC 380. I was just going through instagram and I was like I must try this today! So I texted the boss and pre ordered these puffs. They had them ready when I got there. I could totally tell that they were freshly fried.
Smells real good and the thing is Iโve yet to try but excited to post. So here it is! Iโll update later when I have them (not all) for dinner ๐

Not exactly cheap but hey! Itโs for a variety - Char Siew, Sio Bak and Roast Duck.
My preference has always been:-
Char Siew > Roast Duck > Sio Bak
And today, 88 Hong Kong Roast Meat Specialistโs Sio Bak was so freakin good?
It has a good amount of meat in each bite,
the fats just melts in your mouth,
the skin is so crispy and fragrant???
Hands down to the Best Sio Bak Iโve had.
The Roast Duck and Char Siew were okay. Iโve had better ones. I like that the Char Siew is sweet and charred. And the chilli on the side was really not bad, quite spicy and goes well with the meats.
