One of the menu items i never fail to order is this dessert. The pumpkin cakes. It is made to order and serve piping hot at your table. The outer crust is deep fried to golden perfection. But when you take your first bite into it, you will get a surprising gooey center reminiscing a mochi texture. It's not overly sweet while the subtle pumpkin taste permeates every mouthful. Take heed, it's addictive!!

Perfectly fried aubergine on a bed of slightly over dressed mixed greens. Note: the mixed greens is not store bought. It has a good selection of forest greens and vegetable. Nice touch.

Finger food are not difficult to master. However inventive pairings, especially with local flavors takes a little work. Salted egg fries sounds simple to enough? Well, first of all, the fries has to be deep fry to perfection. The delicate balance of tender crispyness of each single fry but yet mushy warm dwellings of the inside when you bite into each. Then the accompaniment, or should i say accomplice to the crime? The salted egg dip. The deep yellow color of the sauce resonant the name of the sauce adequately. Rich yet not over powering. Don't give this likely duet a miss, you might pinch yourself for not trying it sooner.

Let's say this tiny ramekins is scale down to a bomb. The effect of each spoonful should be equivalent to an explosive invasion of rich durian flavor unto your taste buds. Don't under estimate its size. Cause you know what they say, good things comes in small packages.

Italiano vino with arancini bar snacks. Should i declare it an unofficial Italian night?

Do not under estimate these lil babies. They look ordinary but their flavor pack a punch. Traditionally arancini is considered leftover food. Italians uses left over risotto rice, roll then into bite size balls and fry them up to feed the little ones at home. Well, i dun care if it's left over or not. I just love it!!! These ones from supply and demand are stuffed with mozzarella pieces that melts after frying. A word of advice : share this bar snack with someone who is an utterly slow eater. Why? So that the fifth piece is yours, of course.

TGI-Breakfast! The description was a handful only because you are not settling for avocado on toast. The portion on this breakkie is phenomenal. For a moment there i thought i actually got a whole avocado on my plate..... eerrr.... i still do..... The gargantuan scoop of in house made ricotta is to die for. Light creamy velvety milky goodness. And the cherry on top was the sprinkle of crunchy toasted almonds which undoubtedly punctuated each mouthful as well as rendering a subtle saltiness but not compromising in texture.

Im my opinion, one would want to hold a taiyaki as if you are holding the torch from the statue of liberty. Oh, come on! How else would you hold it! Giggles..... This shop is drenched in pink deco. As if selling taiyaki is not enough to lure girls into the shop, they have to dress the whole shop in pink. All time favourite would probably be the azuki bean filled taiyaki topped with matcha cream and an additional itsy scoop of azuki bean. For the moment now they have the holloween special ( in the rear of my pic ) an azuki bean filled taiyaki topped with a teeny scoop of sesame ice cream garnished with a twirl of ever so rich pumpkin cream. I would go for the holloween special any day just because of the densely flavored sesame ice cream. You don't wanna miss that!

First time at veganburg. Pleasant experience. Burger is presented on a mess tin. Very innovative idea. Creamy shroom burger is so yummy. Lightly toasted ciabatta bread, sandwiched in between leaves of fresh lettuce and a good portion of vegan patty. True to its words, the creamy mushroom sauce is a velvety cream heaven. And did i mention the seaweed fries has my name on it?

The thai milk tea flavor was impressive. Deep saturated thai tea flavor yet not overpowering. Perfect balance of tender sweet and cream. Rum and Raisin on the other hand was a little disappointing. The taste of rum is only in the rum soaked raisin. And the base of the ice cream is basically cream.
