Any mention of Mrs. Pho, and many will associate it with being one of the brands that brought Vietnamese cuisine to another level in Singapore. Mrs. Pho opened its first outlet at Beach Road in 2014, and they have now relocated to Bussorah Street, a mere 3 minutes’ walk away, with a revamped menu and concept. This new outlet will feature the same hearty Vietnamese favourites such as phở and bún thịt nướng, and more than 20 specialty Vietnamese charcoal grilled street-side snacks, of which seven of them are exclusive here. To commemorate the reopening of the Bussorah outlet, from 3 to 18 November 2021, diners can enjoy 1-for-1 grilled and skewer items, with purchase of 1 main from the classics section. This promotion is exclusive to the Bussorah outlet and is not valid with other promotions, discounts, and/or vouchers.
The seven outlet-exclusive grilled items include the Japanese Shiitake Mushroom ($3.90) that has been glazed with a ginger sauce, Vietnamese Street-Styled Corn ($3.90), Mamma’s Impossible Grilled Meat Skewer ($7.90), a plant-based skewer that has been marinated with lemongrass, shallots and peppercorn, Spicy Grilled Chicken ($4.50), Spicy Chicken Banh Mi on Grill ($7.90), Mountain Style Beef on Skewers ($7.90) and lastly, the Grilled Pork Breast in Vietnamese Style ($7.90) with a fermented beancurd sauce marinate.
In addition, there are other grilled items in the menu that you can get from other Mrs. Pho outlets such as the Honey Glazed Chicken ($3.90) that has been brined in lemongrass and coated in longan honey before being grilled, Iberico Pork Belly ($5.90), Lemongrass Beef Sticks that has been seasoned with mắc khén pepper and seafood items like Barbecued Goby Fish ($9.90), Tiger Prawns ($12.90), Baby Octopus ($14.90), Mussels ($14.90) and Scallops ($15.90), cooked in spring onion oil and crushed peanuts.
