The ambience at Penny U is perfect for catching up with friends you haven't seen in a while! I had the chicken burger, which was slightly overpriced at $16.90 (in my opinion) but the dish wasn't too bad either. The Macncheese however wasn't as creamy as I'd thought it would be, and if you were a fan of bbq sauce, you'd LOVE the chicken wings. All in all, I'd rate the food a decent 3/5 :)

Cakes sold here are amazing! They sell a variety of cakes, and everyday, it's different flavours and types of cakes. Even though it is a little overpriced (a slice of cake can come up to $9), this cafe is a must go! Their interior is different from any other cafes, where it is nicely furnished and designed. I'll rate the cakes there 4/5!

Located at Orchard Gateway, Cafe Mondo looks like any other restaurant. However, the food served were DELICIOUS- both the savory and the desserts. The Fettuccine bread with sweet, spicy and juicy beef on the top left hand corner was mouth watering. Even though it looks small, it's VERY filling. The Hawaiian pizza with egg tasted complete. The crispy dough went really well with the ingredients on top, and the half cooked egg completed the taste. The waffles with caramelized banana and triple chocolate ice cream with cream on top was sweet, and tasted amazing when eaten together. Afterwards, we ordered a chocolate lava cake. IT WAS TO DIE FOR. The chocolate oozed out of the cake just you poke it. And the chocolate had a nice, smooth texture, and it tasted amazing. The cake itself was dense, but fluffy enough to be eaten with the vanilla ice cream served with it. I'd rate the food there 4.5/5!

Cosy place and quiet place for catch-ups with friends!! Unfortunately for us, a wailing baby was present so we didn't get to enjoy much peace hahahaha. Service was good and the cafe decor was so pretty!!! We had pancakes there bc well you can never go wrong with pancakes heh :B I had the chocolate one and it was hella goooood. The chocolate syrup was just the right sweetness and the fruits were perfect for the wonderful taste of the pancakes. I'd rate the pancakes a 4/5!!! :)

Cakes and tarts sold there were AMAZING. Chocolate had a great balance between bitter and sweet- allowing you to experience the taste of real chocolate. The atmosphere is cozy, and a really awesome place to catch up with friends or to simply hang out with them. Price range: $6-$9 for cakes. And $4 for cupcakes. I'll rate the overall taste a 4/5.

I shared the waffle with a friend and as expensive as it looks, it was only $10!!! totally worth the price as it was very filling, even when shared among 2 people. I loved the ambience in Spatula in general and the workers there were pretty friendly! :) I'd rate the waffle a 4/5 based on all the waffles I've tried thus far.

The desserts actually taste much better than they look!! My friends and I shared churros, Creme brulee and deconstructed tiramisu for less than $25. I'd rate the desserts a 3.5/5 :)
