Sea salt and Thai milk tea from the new @aquas.sg
I’ve never had the one from Australia, so I can’t compare. I personally preferred the Thai milk tea, it was smooth and rich without the bitter aftertaste from the tea. The sea salt on it own would have been too much. Good to mix it up!

That tart was baked well, thin and crisp. Perhaps a drizzle of matcha sauce or some cream would help it go down smoother.
