What I'm blown away is this Azuki Matcha Green Tea Chiffon cake - so light and perfectly complemented by the Azuki red beans. I would believe it if they say this is a Japanese recipe. But I think it's my calling to try a plate from this humble store in Ghim Moh Market. While I'm not entirely impressed with the result, cos I have definitely tasted better even with my lack of experience in CKT-eating, I'm happy to witness the showmanship of the hawker master.
