Burger knifed and served, one of the rare few burgers I enjoyed at a non-fastfood restaurant. It has a generous 1.5 inch of well-marinated beef patty that is moist and flavorful. I liked that they buttered the buns and caramelized the onions. This dish is best shared.

Big Eater Seafood is more famously known for their salted egg yolk crabs. But you have to order their Sambal Kang kong too. The stems are cooked longer so not as crunchy and the sambal sauce is very flavorful. Not your usual dish served with a layer of oil. Hidden gem!

It is very difficult for a Ban Mian dish to go wrong. Plus the fact that you can fill your tummy with only $3.00 at most Ban Mian stalls. Gotta love cheap hawker fare.

What is so unique about this dish is the special sauce that is so addictive. Meat is soft and tender. Topped with the juicy succulent fatty skin, this dish is wholesome!
