This Nasi Lemak Risotto, served w/ Iced Rose Bandung Ice Cream Ripple ($18) will only be available till end July 2017! Essentially a combination of crispy chili chicken cutlet with rich, creamy coconut risotto. The reinterpretation of the locals' favourite has to include our must-haves ikan bilis, peanuts & sambal chili (shiok), whereas the beautifully poached egg makes it stand out from the crowd.
