Veal's Bone Marrow. Nice and crisp at the top. Inside, juicy and soft. Uberly yummylicious. Served with some kind of mushroom sauce and baked potato slices.
surprisingly yummy and fudgy. by the looks i tot it was going to be dry. thank god it was delicious. and it was served hot, with cold whipped cream. awesome!
