Still a way to get to the consistency of the Japan shops but much better than the last time I tried it here.
The lychee cream and rose jelly cake was just fab.
@patisserieg has a series of new cakes and this is certainly at the top of the lot. So light and delicate.
Always service with a smile here unlike some other down under sounding place.
Surprisingly good and erased my disappointment the summer truffle flavor I had months back is no more.
