A cumulus of silky scramble couched alongside rashers of bacon and melty cheddar between toasty brioche, slathered in lashings of a slightly piquant and umami secret sauce. This is the signature Egg Drop from insanely trendy cafe 44 Brekkie (we were lucky to get a seat). My sandwich brought to mind a similar burger from Eggslut, albeit a healthier and less umami version.
