Odd as it sounds, I find mine in bustling shops like this where the proprietors are all busy serving their customers, all the clockwork rhythms. Perhaps this is ikigai for them?

I see a lot of the customers ordering these with the youtiao stuffed between them. So like the western sandwich except the filling here is youtiao. There was no sauce or anything else added.
