The Thai wanton Mee was similar available in 3 sizes; but frankly, it couldn’t compare in terms of flavours. Everything in the bowl kinda fell short in taste individually, and didn’t do as well together.
The other part and confused us was that they offered many more items on their menu, including curry noodles, chicken cutlet curry rice and even curry fish head. We tried the cutlet curry rice and were also disappointed. The curry was watery and cutlet was not substantial in size nor portion.
To go with our noodles and rice, we ordered the pig trotter which was 1 of their recommended items. It was modesty tasty though not outstanding in flavour.
So at the end of it, we were still puzzled b’cos this Soi 19+ Thai wanton Mee tasted different from that of Soi 19, and the others items they offered weren’t memorable as well.
One of my favourite places for herbal bak kut teh. Deliciously light and herby broth with tender pork ribs.
