Served at the end of the meal before your carbs. A nourishing chicken soup with Mushroom and barley. Mild in taste, which was a nice way to wash your palette from the oily food!
Has a shade of milk tea colour but definitely no taste of tea. Just tasted like milk. Interesting but prob not my thing 😂
Mongolians sure love their milk. Fermented milk bars, frozen milk, milk crispies.. when we mentioned that some of the people at the table are lactose intolerant, I think the Mongolian server was slightly offended (or rather just sad). And reminded us that we should try it for the all Mongolian experience! I especially like their yoghurt! Very good w a little drizzle of honey!
