Unflattering picture but Yoogane's Marinated Chicken Galbi with Beansprouts is really good :) We added rice, mozzarella cheese, pumpkin & dokboki towards the end to fry with the remaining sauce and it was woo la la~
Loved this meal! The resto had an unlimited sidings bar of kimchi and cabbage salad with green sauce
So far we enjoyed most of their food with the subtle kimchi spiciness, whether in the soup, pickles or this fried Galbi. Enjoyed watching the staff fry up the big plate of fresh chicken, seafood, rice and Dokboki topped with cheese (important!).
