When I took a small piece, I could clearly see the shredded carrots. Where to find shredded carrots nowadays? Where to find the patience to make this goodness? Very very rare!! It's so soft and very flavorful. The dried shrimp is sautéed till fragrance!

Most of it is so-so but my favourite is definitely the Lo Mai Gai 糯米雞 and his favourite is the big pau 大包 😋 The soft glutinous rice is so addictive! .
