Enjoy dining without burning a hole in your pocket, no membership required
A masterclass with sake from the Ishikawa prefecture was a perfect midweek boost. Personal favourite is the Kikuhime Yamahai Ginjo, it had wonderful depth and taste complexity. Oh and those lacquered and stylized sake cups 😍. Always a joy hanging with @apgoh . Have to thank the Ishikawa Prefectural Government’s Singapore office for organizing this 🙌.
