Missing this PAD Thai from Bangkok so much! ๐Ÿคค Features smooth flat rice noodles stir-fried with eggs, beansprouts & chives, seasoned with a little soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar & tamarind, topped with other ingredients such as fresh prawns. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ Do not forget to squeeze some lime and stir in those chopped peanuts & dried chilli flakes served on the side - these would certainly elevate the overall taste profile! ๐Ÿ’•

As a fan of peanuts, the addition of crushed nuts are indeed the star for me! โญ Not only does it bring with it a good crunch which complements the silky smooth rice noodles, its nutty aroma & flavours are a bonus to the sweet-savoury plate of noodles & freshness of the springy prawns. ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹

This rendition at the food court of Platinum Mall (THB 60, S$2.60) was pretty decent except that the prawns could be fresher! Still prefer the version at Terminal 21 food court as that was more flavourful & carried more โ€˜wok heiโ€™ (breath of the wok) which made the dish an irresistible one! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป
