As a fan of peanuts, the addition of crushed nuts are indeed the star for me! ⭐ Not only does it bring with it a good crunch which complements the silky smooth rice noodles, its nutty aroma & flavours are a bonus to the sweet-savoury plate of noodles & freshness of the springy prawns. 😋😋😋

This rendition at the food court of Platinum Mall (THB 60, S$2.60) was pretty decent except that the prawns could be fresher! Still prefer the version at Terminal 21 food court as that was more flavourful & carried more ‘wok hei’ (breath of the wok) which made the dish an irresistible one! 👍🏻
