[CLOSED] Sugar Rush

I call this the black cafe. Hahaha! Everything in here is black. Very minimalistic interior. It's also called Sugar Rush because there's a lot of cakes. So many choices to choose from! All of the cakes looks really good too. What attracted me the most was something with Salted Caramel and also one with Banana and peanuts? I forgot. 😅 But the staffs told me the best seller is this cake. Which I'm not surprised because it's really good! Must try!
Chocolate cake is moist and light. Not too chocolatey. Look at the detailing on the chocolate icing too! So pretty. The chocolate ganache icing tasted really good too. One thing I didn't really like was the buttercream. It tastes like butter. And cream. And salt. Yeah...... Not so much to my liking but it's not too bad! Quite a good combo. Of course I would prefer eating just the chocolate cake alone. Hahahah It's quite rare for me to like chocolate cakes.
I also had a Flat White, served in a pretty glass. Coffee tasted good! It was sweet, not acidic and a little fruity. Good ratio for coffee and milk.
Happy visit although the lighting is bad for pictures. Will be back to try their salad, savory menu and more cakes!
Food&Coffee: 8/10 Price: 8/10 (RM 12.80 for one big slice! Enough to share with three person for 3. Or have it all by yourself 😋; RM 10 for flat white. Another place to hop to for cheap and good coffee! They have low fat milk and fresh milk too. Yay!)
