Scallop was very tasty, except the minced ginger and green onion sauce on the top as it reminded me of the white steamed chicken in Chinese cuisine, the cream sauce with the couscous was better

Three breads to choose from, a plain baguette, a lemon roll, a wheat baguette, my favorite was the lemon

Three bite size welcome dish, a lobster jelly, forgot the middle one and a tomato condensed cube
