Contrary to Singapore’s version, the ones in Japan really require you to stand and eat your sushi but boy... you’ll be satisfied to hear that you’ll be more than willing to do so (I don’t even mind standing outside the restaurant to eat my sushi 🤣）You basically order the sushi and one of the 2 chefs will make them right in front of you and in a matter of seconds, sushi appear on leaves 🍃. And of course if you swipe right, you get a SNEAK PEEK 👀 at my favourite sushi - EBI MAYO SUSHI 🦐 (¥162/ $1.98)

Maybe it’s the leaves.. Maybe it’s coz you’re standing..Or maybe it’s just that the seafood is so fresh everything tasted on point 💯 So... if you’re heading to Japan, I’ll highly recommend standing sushi bar!
