Fresh lobster with spring onion and ginger and yee mee. Too little noodles but great flavours
Quite abit of heat in them, but the chewy tentacles are so addictive.
I prefer the dim sum and dishes selection at Shark Fin Inn just a street down. This blistered skin pork is crisp but the one at SFI has a much crackling outer texture and juicier meat in the middle, imo.
