Chye Por Tofu A great find! The homemade tofu below was good as usual, but chye por plus very soft broccoli elevated it.

Authentic Basil Pork With Rice It’s a gem find at this area. Authentic Thai food served by Thai. The basil pork with rice is $4.50, value for money! I had the Tom yum soup, it’s more on the sour side but it’s good!

Prawn Omelette 虾煎蛋 》$8 Not worth the try. This dish wasn't served hot to us. The prawns were cold. Omelette was quite plain.

Scallop With Broccoli 带子西兰花 》$18 A healthier choice dish. Broccoli looks nice but they were actually quite hard to chew. Scallops were fresh and soft but the gravy was bland.

Pork Ribs With Special Sauce 杏片蜜焦排骨 》$12 The special sauce tasted sweet. Overall was not bad.

Nasi Lemak They have one of the best chicken wings here. Rice was lemak enough and sambal was perfect 👍 Their fish cake are very soft too. What took me so long to discover this? I join the snaking long queue out of curiosity because Singaporeans love to just follow blindly and queue. Got queue means something good! 😂

Ayam Panggang Disappointing, especially given the brand. The chicken was clearly pre-cooked, therefore it's very dry. The kecap manis was trying desperately to hide that fact.

Dory Penyet The two large pieces of fish were abnormally good. Crispy and fragrant. Not enough curry for me.

Fei Siong Laksa $3.50 Laksa with no cockles Served with tau pok, fishcake and boiled egg. As Fei siong speaks for its brand, the flavor of the laksa is quite standard with the right amount of coconut milk and chili.

Fried Fish Meat Rice Noodle Pleasantly surprised the meat is so fresh & solid, unlike those so flimsy & heavily coated with flour. Portion is generous too. Cost $3.50 👍

Wanton Noodle A local version of HK style wanton noodle, good portion of char siew meat, fried & boiled wanton, plus greenly choi sum. Taste good!@$3.00

Pork Dumplings From the new-ish 川小帅 stall. We wanted beef dumplings but they're unavailable. In any case, these were utterly forgettable.

Beef Tendon La Mian From the new-ish 川小帅 stall. First, shout-out for the noodles, because it's the perfect China type. Then, the radish also cooked til not bitter. But the beef was mediocre and the soup was just bad.

Tai Wah BCM Tried the tai wah bcm. This was the $5 noodles. Loved the ingredients! Pork was soft and goes well with the chilli. Noodles were a tad dry though. Would also prefer if there was more sauce and vinegar.

Minced Meat Yong Tau Foo The minced meat is the unique element at this otherwise normal ytf stall. Unfortunately it's nothing special. It's my first time using ee mee for ytf and it's quite amusing. They do have some uncommon ingredients, which are important for me to buy ytf lol. Shout-out for the big serving too. I just don't understand why it's so oily.
