Reminiscing one of the dishes at my favourite restaurant in Bali - perfectly tender and smoky chicken, slightly spicy, and not too heavy on the tomato.
A Thai fusion dish of sorts that tastes like a blend of tom yum soup, Thai curry and seafood bisque, with fat pockets of shredded crabmeat. The spicy version packs a little more heat, but I preferred the non-spicy, which had a stronger crab flavour.
Sorry, you can't see the perfectly seared scallop under that forest of greens, but oh my goodness, one of the best dishes I've ever had - the spicy, tangy sauce had my taste buds raring and craving for more.
Always a delight when duck is soft, tender and pink i.e. not overcooked. Love!
