What a fusion dish, extreme Chinese ingredients with some Italian pasta. It comes together so well. The sauce coats the angel hair really well and the fish was done well despite it being prepared by catering company (usually done in central kitchen and dish out when required). Yum in the tum!
Ordered catering for my company's event from Rasel as my friend is working there! Really really good response from our business partners especially the nyonya laksa! The burbur chacha was equally fragrant with gula melaka. Great service over the phone & on email as well. They provide eco-friendly cutleries too. Slurppps!
