French couple Mathieu and Violaine decided to do just one thing and do it really well which is cream puffs. There are 12 flavours : Dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate, salted caramel, coffee, vanilla, pistachio, praline, lemon curd, green tea, orange blossom, raspberry.
Unfortunately, the choux was no match for Singapore's merciless humidity and turned soggy. But none of the moussey fillings disappointed – I love how the cavity of every sphere of pastry is piped to the brim.
The pistachio and salted caramel are my picks!
Enjoying mini choux pastries chock-full of different mousses by the poolside – a little pre-lunch treat 😌 I think I'll try to bring a few boxes of these babies back. They're delicious!
