The signature using 58% milk choc as the base, while the kther one uses the 75%. Both are topped by 75% dark choc.
The signature base is quite familiar but it's still good, still thick and it's also chocolatey enough. However the complex melted topping of shaved 75 is what raises it to the next level. It's sour and has strong notes, including that of raisins.
