One Dim Sum 一點心

Apparently this place earned the Michelin star back in 2011 and 2012. Well service here is considered much better than many other restaurants and cafes in Hong Kong. Food was good too, with rather reasonable prices. I particularly like the Chicken with Mushroom and Fish Maw, it was full of flavour and they were really really generous with the fish maw, there were huge chunks of it!!! I also enjoyed the Mango Custard Roll. Filled with juicy sweet mango, it was a refreshing delight. But only thing bout it is that the skin of the roll was quite thick and together with the coconut bits, it felt a little heavy. But overall this place has nice dim sum for rather reasonable prices, worth to give it a try if ur in the vicinity!
