Pretty decent carbonara. Really like the fact that the sauce was just right hence you won't feel jelak trying to finish it unlike some carbonara.
With so many restaurants in Bangsar serving great brunch, Nosh kicks it up a notch by also delivering impeccable desserts with a flair. With a choice of any two desserts for RM24, this is the perfect place to catch up with your girl friends. At a glance, you will have a hard time choosing from these divine treats. The show-stopper here is the Valrhona Heaven, chocolate done 3 ways - tart, ice cream and molten lava cake. Also fantastic are the Earl Grey Creme Brulee, which has just the right amount of tea infusion, and the decadent Strawberry Cheesecake that never, ever fails to please. With new creations available each month, Nosh gives you the perfect excuse to come back again and again, right? ;)
Had this with the sweet desserts from the high tea set. The coffee wasn't all good. Nothing special about it. Love how delicate and smooth the coffee art is. Another bummer is they don't have low fat milk. :( I should refrain from ordering coffee if they don't serve low fat.
RM 55 Afternoon Tea Set at nosh. From too to bottom, Scones; various cakes; Toasties and Sandwiches. I would give an overall rating of 5/10 because some of the sweet desserts weren't very nice. Like the eclair, it was too creamy and the coffee cream was too sweet and overpowering. I love the chocolate cake though! I have mix reviews from all the cakes. Scones from The Bread Shop, Damansara Heights are much better. I don't really like the baguette served with the Toasties because there was a peculiar smell when I ate it. I love the variety in this though. Very worth the price. Just not satisfying for super and consistent good taste. Food: 5/10 Price: 6/10
Again, I didn't like the taste of the baguette. So I wasn't happy with this at all. It costed more than RM 15 for this if I'm not mistaken. Won't go for their Toasties anymore. Might try their pasta! :) Don't worry nosh. I'll still try some other dishes from you. Love the staffs. Food: 5/10 Price: 5/10
Sunday #brunch with Dezzie! (Can't wait to open my takeaway dessert tonight!)
