This is Apparently their signature and their best seller. At the price of SGD21, it comes along with an entire slab of Anago. Quality ingredients in the hands of unskilled staff. Tempura was not very crispy but not to the extend of complete sogginess. They tasted tad oily too. The only saving factor was the tempura sauce which was said to be made from a recipe of 300 years. Imported Japanese rice were fluffy and have a good bite. Disappointed though as the highlight should be the tempura instead.
