First time trying this , and oh it’s a gem hidden . This hokkien mee is so comfy ! 現煮現賣！I like it as more Thick bee hoon given than yellow noodles . Every strand produces a springy and Q taste when consumed . And the moisture is just right , not too soupy , but definitely not too dry. Dinner satisfied ☺️
