The pandan cheese martabak was simple but the pandan flavours were fragrant. The texture was springy and soft as well.
I love indulging in martabak and I must have it when I visit Indonesia even though I know there's a lot of planta and sugar in this. The ovomaltine flavour makes it extra rich and gives it an extra crunch too 😋
